Facility Rental:1:00 pm – 1:00am
Rent our facility and create your own wedding day. This can include your Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Dinner Reception, and Dance. Maximum Capacity for The Wedding Pavillion is 130 guests.
Day of Time Line Example:
- You and your Set Up Crew can arrive to set up the facility at 1PM
- Ceremony time can be set between 1 PM and your reception start time
- Reception start time – 5:00 pm or later
- 1:00 AM Facility closed and all guests must depart and Tear Down Crew is to remove all items you have brought for your wedding day. All items must be removed from the facility by 1:30 AM.
Facility Fee for Reception Includes:
- Indoor Ceremony location and seating for 100 guests
(additional chairs $5 per chair up to maximum capacity)
- Garden Ceremony Option (additional costs apply)
- Bride and Grooms Rooms
- Grand Piano
- Dedicated Gift Table
- Round guest tables (we will place tables and chairs by 1 PM in the room ready for you to set)
- Chiavari Chairs available in brushed gold
- Designated head table and cake table (placed ready for you to set up)
- Plates, silverware, water, and wine glasses (ready by 1 pm for your set up team)
- 1 Banquet Captain/2 servers/1 dishwasher will be provided for your dinner service
(min are required based on guest numbers)
- 2 Indoor dance locations (based on guest numbers)
- Skirted DJ Table and power
PLEASE NOTE: Your DJ will provide your sound system for your entire day
Food And Beverage
The Wedding Pavillion is the sole provider of all Food and Beverage.
Minimum Food & Beverage Expenditure
The Wedding Pavillion requires a minimum $6000 food expenditure for your event at our facility. This applies to any Hors d ‘oeuvres, Plated or Buffet dinner menu. Late night snack and additional food upgrades are excluded.
The Wedding Pavillion catering licence requires food to be present throughout your event when alcohol is being served. Minimum orders apply based on guest numbers. (ask for details)
