Brides and Grooms Room/Chapel

Upon arrival you the Bride and your wedding party are escorted by your event manager thought a private entrance to the bridal suite, the stately doors open and you enter the elegant and enchanting suite where you will be finishing last minute touch-ups and slipping into your dress of your dreams. Your bridesmaids admire your dress and radiance ahead of your grand entrance when you appear on our Juliet Balcony and descend the grand staircase and into the romantic wedding chapel in full view of your guests and your future husband.

Meanwhile…..

Your future Groom and entourage along with your immediate family members arrive shortly after you. The Groom and his party wait in our handsomely appointed Grooms Room, toasting to the new life he is about to begin with you, and reflecting on all the special moments you have shared together before you become life partners.

Your guests arrive before your wedding ceremony starts and are greeted by your families as they enter The Wedding Pavillion. Guests are then seated in the Chapel by your Ushers as the grand piano plays your prelude music. Let your Wedding Celebration begin.

Your musical selection begins and guest attention turns to the grand staircase while they await your appearance on the Juliet Balcony, in the dress of your dreams, then your descent down the grand staircase for your breathtaking entrance into the wedding chapel.

As you walk into our wedding chapel you will notice the natural lighting from our scenic windowed backdrops. Our high vaulted ceilings create an open and airy feeling, with our grand chandeliers guiding you up the aisle. As you walk toward the raised alter area, our exquisite hand carved Italian wooden chairs upholstered in gold damask will complete your chapel look. Your dream wedding is under way.

Our in-house photographer will be capturing your special moments from the time you arrive right though your formal portrait session. Following the wedding ceremony our photographer will use our 1.8 acres of manicured gardens, and our magnificent indoor architecture and classic elegance in our wedding facility to complete your formal photography.

Great Room and Dance Area/
Catering Services

After the wedding ceremony is competed your guests will be escorted into our stately and intimate Great Room for an informal cocktail hour. Your guests will enjoy the hand-prepared hors d’ oeuvres you have selected which are included in all our celebration menus. The Wedding Pavillion does not have pre- set menu choices. You the Bride and Groom can select and create your own customized wedding menu from the cuisine selections featured in our menus.

As your guests enter the dinning room they will notice the upscale decor and classic ambience in our wedding facility. Our elegant and stately dining room features our unique fire place and coffered ceiling details that will make your guests feel like they are at home while they enjoy their dining experience. They may move about our building and grounds while you and your wedding party are in your formal portrait session.

The Wedding Pavillion accommodates intimate gatherings and banquets of 30 to 130 in our elegant Chapel and Great Room reception area. A unique feature at the Wedding Pavillion is that we have 3 locations (based on your guest numbers) for your dance area. In the summer months we feature our 1,600 square foot dance tent as an option to dance the night away under the stars.

After photos are completed you will rejoin your guests in the great room and share in the romantic ambience and exquisite food prepared by our on site Culinary Chefs and Catering Team. The Wedding Celebration then continues as you dance the night away in your own private wedding facility.
